Tellico Lake consists of 15,860 acres of land, 373 miles of shoreline and a 2627 square mile watershed. It is located 30 minutes southwest of Knoxville, TN and only minutes from Maryville and Lenoir City. Tellico Lake is located in Loudon County, which also has Fort Loudon Lake, Watts Bar Lake and Melton Hill Lake. Because of Tennessee's mild weather, you'll just about always see someone on the water whether they are boating, fishing, swimming, water skiing or jet skiing. Tellico Lake has numerous Lake Communities that are rich in scenic beauty of the lake and the Smoky Mountains such as Tellico Village, Rarity Bay, Rarity Pointe, Avalon, Tennessee National, Miller's Landing and Conkinnon Pointe.
